Need
One of the most important wine cellars of the Slovenian Collio contacted us for a technical advice to upgrade the existing treatment plants against the growth in wine production.
Solution
We designed and implemented an upgrading in the aeration system, as well as optimised a few processes, thus making the treatment plant more performing.
