AREA S.r.l. manages a plant of liquid waste treatment at the purifying plant of a textile factory in Gradisca di Sedegliano. In order to increase the purifying efficiency, the Client requested a technical solution to implement the capacity of the aeration system, without interrupting the purifying process, and to provide and install an automatic sludge dewatering plant.

We designed prefabricated air manifolds—supplied by external blowers—,which can be installed on the outside without emptying the system. Furthermore, we supplied and installed a sludge dewatering plant with a spinner and an automatic swinging system to backfill the tanks.
