The motorway service station is not served by the public sewage, therefore wastewater is discharged to land. The existing biodisc treatment plant could not ensure the compliance with the requirements by law. Hence, the need of a new wastewater treatment plant and an underground irrigation system.

To meet the tight deadlines imposed by the Controlling Authority and minimize costs, we designed and realised a prefabricated plant consisting of glazed steel tanks, and an underground irrigation system.
